We do not disclose client identities, and low-profile vehicles keep sensitive movements out of view. Confidentiality terms can be documented as part of a firm account.

We open a single firm account with one point of contact and consolidated, matter-referenced invoicing, so travel is simple to reconcile and to bill through to clients. Charges can be organized by partner, office, matter, or event across cities, and account terms are set up before your first booking.

Our core service areas are Washington DC (with Northern Virginia and Maryland) and New York City, with nationwide coverage for city-to-city movements and out-of-town trials or hearings, coordinated through vetted partners under the same account and standards.

Reliability is engineered, not hoped for: critical movements are timed to court and hearing schedules to the minute, with primary and alternate routes and a backup vehicle and chauffeur on standby so a single breakdown never leaves a partner stranded before a hearing. For security, armored (B6/BR6) sedans and SUVs are available on request, chauffeurs are protective-driving trained, and when a client travels with their own security detail we work alongside it. Monumental CLS is a secure chauffeur service and does not provide bodyguards or agents.

Firms book through a dedicated coordinator by phone or through their account, one trip at a time or as a standing arrangement. For a trial, deal, or regulatory matter we can hold the same chauffeur and vehicle on a daily or multi-day basis, with on-call availability through early mornings and late nights.
